I work for a party entertainment company where mermaid parties are BIG in the summer! Grabbed this tail because of how inexpensive it is compared to professional mermaid tails.I’m a size small and the tail is a bit long for me - comes up quite past my belly button. I AM 5’3”, so it’s kind of expected. I fix that by rolling it down and wearing some accessories :) The fabric is a bit loose around the vinyl insert and ankles which decreases the “realness factor”, but in the water it’s not easy to spot. It’s made out of swimsuit fabric, not neoprene like FinFolk tails, but I’m not complaining. Makes it lighter to swim in! The coloration the cover photo are more green than in the tail itself which is actually more of a bright blue but it looks stunning in the water. Felt safe using the included mono fin and vinyl insert too! I highly recommend if you want a nicer mermaid tail just for fun in the summer or if you want one for photo purposes.
Definitely practice in it, it looks gorgeous!
